Batman Begins

Batman Begins

My one line Batman Begins initial impression after the jump. Fair warning to certain people stuck in Europe but shall not be named like Brad who said he would hurt me if I told him what I thought of the movie.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a movie where people applauded at the end, and an even longer time since I’ve felt compelled to clap along.

I thought you’d hate the action sequences. Seemed shakycamarific to me.

I actually thought the movie was a bit heavy-handed at times. Liked it a lot less than everyone else did. But everyone else I’ve heard from loved it. Shrug.

You didn’t let me get to the full review yet.

The action sequences were the one complaint I have against the movie. And they didn’t seem so shakycamarific, more like the camera was in way too damn close and too many cuts. Surprisingly it didn’t bother me as much as it did for Bourne Supremacy though.
